Sopact does not replace your AMS, and it does not run dues, events or billing. It holds the applications, assessments, surveys, documents and comments that sit outside the AMS, on the same person.
One ID per person
Each person keeps one Contact ID. Every later application, survey or file adds to the same record, so nothing is re-keyed for the next cycle.
Give a chapter or a role a folder. The people in it see only their own data, including when they ask the AI Assistant. The network sees the combined results.

Does this replace our AMS?
No. Your AMS stays the record for dues, events and billing. Sopact holds what members tell you, such as applications, assessments, surveys, documents and comments, and keeps it on one Contact ID per person.
How do people get into Sopact if our members are in an AMS?
Through an AMS export, your own registration, a spreadsheet or a form. However they arrive, each person ends on one Contact ID, and every later workflow adds to that record. If you want to talk about registration, talk to Sopact.
How can we distinguish missing reports from falling participation?
Keep event, reporting period, submission status and chapter context together. Review coverage and local explanations before treating a lower reported total as a fall in participation.
Who can see member-level information?
Give each chapter or role a folder, and the people in it see only their own data, including when they ask the AI Assistant. The network sees the combined results. You also choose which fields reach AI, so personal details can stay out.
