While legacy platforms measure implementation in quarters and years — and some never finish — the Guarantee is a first-implementation-success commitment: your first workflow live and proving value in two months.

Why evaluations drag — and why that is not your fault

Sopact Sense is a new category. Most teams evaluating it have spent years inside CRM, case, grant, or survey systems, and the evaluation instincts those systems taught are the wrong ones: long requirements documents, IT sign-offs, multi-quarter implementation plans. We have sat with a large foundation that, six years into a Salesforce implementation, was moving back to email and surveys. The instinct to be careful is earned. The pilot is a fixed fee: all-inclusive, scoped on the first call. Everything is included — unlimited users, unlimited data collection, unlimited board- and funder-ready reports, unlimited AI credits, the Loop academy as your guide, and Sopact senior advisory through a shared Basecamp project, with answers typically within 24 hours.

"Guaranteed" means dated milestones in the pilot agreement, visible in the same Basecamp project you will use to ask us anything.

What "independent" actually means

The biggest thing pilot teams notice is not a feature. It is that by week six the program lead — not an analyst, not IT, not Sopact — answers the board's question during the meeting. Choose a three-year agreement at a locked, discounted rate with no increases, or a one-year agreement at a higher rate while you decide. Either way it stays all-inclusive — unlimited users, unlimited data collection, unlimited board- and funder-ready reports, unlimited AI credits — and it is never per-seat, so adoption across your team is never penalized.
