Employee Experience

Every pulse adds context.
Make the next action clearer.

Collect onboarding check-ins, development feedback and later reflections in context. Read engagement measures with the evidence behind them, with clear boundaries for identified, anonymous and confidential feedback.

WHO IT’S FORPeople Operations, Employee Experience and L&D teams collecting recurring feedback across locations and development programs.

WHEN IT MATTERSEngagement scores change, but onboarding feedback, coaching and later outcomes live in separate tools. The team cannot easily explain what changed.

The question behind the workflow

What changed after coaching—and are the assessment rounds comparable?

Read the feedback, action and later result together.

Three decisions to support

Understand the change.
Keep the evidence close.

01

Explain engagement over time

Read pulses and eNPS with the relevant team, period and workplace context. Connect permitted development check-ins to a consistent employee ID; keep anonymous surveys at group level.

Understand the context behind a changing score.
02

Get a concern to the appropriate reviewer

Apply agreed criteria to flag concerns for human review. Route sensitive disclosures to authorized HR reviewers and preserve their restricted access.

Earlier review, with the right access.
03

Turn patterns into a reviewable Decision Brief

Bring themes, measures and approved evidence into a Decision Brief. Show possible explanations, response coverage and a next step. Patterns support review; they do not establish why an individual left.

A practical next step with supporting evidence.

Keep named development records separate from anonymous surveys. Apply reporting thresholds and access rules to analysis, sources and exports without reconstructing anonymous identities.

How the workflow runs

One workflow.
A record that keeps growing.

Choose a stage to explore its data, context and next decision. Examples use illustrative data.

01
Collect

Start with a clear development purpose.

Collect intake, learning reflections and check-ins. Bring in permitted results from an existing 360 tool, retaining round, competency and rater-group context.

Illustrative recordMore than a starting score

Keep participant goals and baseline evidence available to authorized reviewers.

02
Connect

Keep the record through each handoff.

Connect the learner’s permitted records across stages, coaches and clients. Protect anonymous rater contributions rather than attempting to identify their authors.

Illustrative recordContinuity without exposing contributors

Private coaching notes and client reports need different access.

03
Understand

Read the score with the learning context.

Explore themes in reflections and approved notes alongside assessment measures. Review original evidence and changes in the rater mix or question wording.

Illustrative recordWhat explains the change?

A different respondent mix can change a score without establishing a change in capability.

04
Follow up

Collect evidence of application at work.

Record an agreed development action and ask for later examples of how the learning was used. Keep reflections and manager observations distinct from assessment ratings.

Illustrative recordWas the new practice used?

An example is useful evidence, not proof that a program caused a business result.

FAQ

Before you get started

Will anonymous survey responses be linked to employees?

No. Keep anonymous feedback separate from identified development records. Access, confidentiality and the purpose of collection must be agreed before linking employee information.

How do we compare feedback across assessment rounds?

Keep competency definitions, question versions, rater groups and timing with each round. Review comparability and response coverage before describing a change as development progress.

Who reviews sensitive employee concerns?

Agree restricted access and the appropriate review route with the organization. AI can help structure permitted evidence; people remain responsible for confidential review and employment decisions.
