A fictional organization coordinates suppliers and service partners across several locations. It connects partner records, work orders, delivery or service-completion evidence, and site feedback. The worked example follows a goods delivery; a service partner would use the same approach with a work order and completion record.
Use these fictional inputs.
- Partner profiles; supply and receipt records; site updates; invoices or certificates; delivery confirmations; inspection notes; external files and follow-up evidence.
