Sopact Sense allows you to define your own themes (keywords or short sentences) to search for within the imported text. This will result in a count of responses fitting those themes, and responses outside of the scope (marked as NA).

YES! You can create surveys and collect responses when an internet connection is not available. You will have to:
- Open the survey once when a connection is available
- Bookmark the survey URL
- Load the bookmarked survey when you want to collect a response
- Responses will be stored locally on the device and synced when you have access to an internet connection.

YES! You will need to define the alternative languages, but we have a multitude of languages available. And you can have responses to the same survey come in different languages.

YES! For both Google Sheets and Sopact Survey connections, Sense will analyse the data coming in different languages, but will report insights in English.

When you create a team in Sense a dedicated database gets created so all your data is private to your team members. Your data is never shared with third parties.

If you don’t want someone to access all the projects in your workspace, or if you want to grant access to only specific projects, you’ll need to create another team. Sopact Sense pricing is defined by team, so you will need an additional subscription to get a second Team activated. Same users can be part of multiple teams.

Sense provides you with multiple insight tables, with counts and percentages that you can take directly to any report, or create charts with your preferred tool, such as Canva, Power Point, Excel, Power BI, etc.
