How does Sopact Sense analyze open-ended survey data?
Sense uses ML algorithms to recognise patterns within long-format text, such as feedback, satisfaction, and other open-ended types of responses. It will automatically provide the most common keywords/themes as categories and quantify the frequency in which they are mentioned by your stakeholders.
Can I define my own keyword/category analysis?
Sopact Sense allows you to define your own themes (keywords or short sentences) to search for within the imported text. This will result in a count of responses fitting those themes, and responses outside of the scope (marked as NA).
What can I do with my team?

Is Sopact Survey available in offline mode?
YES! You can create surveys and collect responses when an internet connection is not available. You will have to: - Open the survey once when a connection is available - Bookmark the survey URL - Load the bookmarked survey when you want to collect a response - Responses will be stored locally on the device and synced when you have access to an internet connection.
Does Sopact Survey have multi-language capabilities?
YES! You will need to define the alternative languages, but we have a multitude of languages available. And you can have responses to the same survey come in different languages.
Can Sopact Sense handle multiple languages?
YES! For both Google Sheets and Sopact Survey connections, Sense will analyse the data coming in different languages, but will report insights in English.
How does Sopact Sense handle data privacy and security?
When you create a team in Sense a dedicated database gets created so all your data is private to your team members. Your data is never shared with third parties.
What if I’m not satisfied with Sopact Sense?
- If you’re not satisfied with Sense, let us know within 10 days of your subscription, we’ll give you your money back. - You can cancel your account anytime. (This is not a gym membership!)
How do I know if I need more than one team?
If you don’t want someone to access all the projects in your workspace, or if you want to grant access to only specific projects, you’ll need to create another team. Sopact Sense pricing is defined by team, so you will need an additional subscription to get a second Team activated. Same users can be part of multiple teams.
How do I use Sense insights for reporting?
Sense provides you with multiple insight tables, with counts and percentages that you can take directly to any report, or create charts with your preferred tool, such as Canva, Power Point, Excel, Power BI, etc.
