Every plan includes AI Intelligence and lifecycle context. Choose based on the capacity, users, connections and support your workflow needs.
Choose Power when your team can run its workflow within the user, AI Instant Analysis and survey response allowances shown in the table. Start with a focused program or collection workflow, carrying context from intake through follow-up.
Choose Growth when you need more AI Instant Analysis capacity, survey responses or users than Power offers, or connections to Claude, ChatGPT, Power BI or Tableau. Connections can justify Growth even at lower volume.
Choose Enterprise when your needs exceed Growth’s capacity or user allowance, or require custom workflows, integrations, white-label deployment or tailored support. The annual scope is agreed for your operation.
Plan for the full lifecycle: if 100 people each submit at intake, progress and follow-up, that is 300 survey responses across 100 people. This example estimates response volume only; AI Instant Analyses are a separate allowance. Check both allowances when choosing a plan. Unlimited survey creation refers to the number of surveys you can create.
A survey or CRM subscription is only one part of the cost. Include setup, integrations, data cleaning, matching records across follow-ups, manual analysis, report preparation and ongoing support. For Sopact, include the subscription, the $2,000 minimum upfront setup engagement when required, your internal team’s time and any separately scoped support. Power and Growth are designed for teams that manage their workflows internally, with an internal data owner or data engineer responsible for day-to-day operations.
If your organization does not have a ready data design or the in-house capability to configure AI analysis, you must purchase a separate setup engagement: $200 per hour, with a 10-hour minimum ($2,000 paid upfront), in addition to your subscription.
Power and Growth are not recommended for teams that require continuous hands-on support. Included technical advisory hours provide guidance; ongoing implementation and operational support need a separately scoped Enterprise engagement.
