What is the difference between Zapier (or a similar platform)? These handy platforms – Zapier, IFTTT, Microsoft Power Automate, Integromat, Automate.io, and Tray.io – are all point-and-click systems. Although they're a cost-effective solution, they do require complex data mapping and integration with enterprise systems like Salesforce, HR systems, and more. Keep in mind that security standards for enterprises are much more stringent.
What is the difference between enterprise integration platforms?

While many popular integration platforms like Workato and MuleSoft are designed for high transaction, real-time, and bidirectional needs, they come with a hefty price tag and require significant technical expertise. Most non-profit organizations need an affordable data warehouse solution with a data pipeline approach. How long does it usually take to implement a connector?

So long as we have access to the connector, we typically estimate a short time to configure it. The configuration of your system object may take between 5-8 hours, depending on its complexity and requirements. 

What happens if we don't find a connector listed above?

Above, we have listed only the most commonly used connectors. We support more than 140 connectors (and growing continuously). However, many homegrown custom systems may require further assessment.  You can request a new integration by typing on top of the page the connector you are looking for and your email address.

How do you handle homegrown or custom systems?

We need access to APIs (often Rest-based APIs), JSON, or SQL-based approaches to connect a system. In all cases, you must ensure that your IT team provides authentication to retrieve data. If your system is legacy and does not have any of the above, we can work using CSV imports.

What is the benefit of connecting system?

There are many disadvantages to a system that is not connected. First of all, it leads to a broken data experience as you are continually bringing in updated data, cleaning it up, and transforming it whenever a new data feed is available.  As a fundamental benefit of impact measurement and management (IMM), using a continuously connected system, you can constantly update your dashboards, which makes it easier to track results on a continuous basis.
